Managed more than 5000 LAN infrastructure components globally and 1500 sites.  Collaborated on architecture and implementation of network systems projects for the UTC Newington data center and web hosting environment.   Managed $4M annual infrastructure budget with a $1M increase in Pratt & Whitney network services revenue.  Lead Network Engineer, CSC Internal Backbone WAN 2001 –   2005                Lead network engineer for CSC Integrated Global Network operations.  Lead Network Engineer, UTC Otis Account 2000 – 2001                                           Managed network team consisting of 4 direct reports.  Refresh project to upgrade 180 Otis sites from SNA and Shared 10MB Ethernet to switched 10/100MB Ethernet with a Gigabit Ethernet backbone.  Lead member of network engineering team supporting central Connecticut. Network Manager, UTC Corporate Head Quarters 1997 – 1999 Developed statements of work and reviewed outsourcing contracts including SLAs and metrics.  Managed the LAN and Server teams consisting of 6 direct reports that supported 700+ users with 8 remote sites and maintained 99.8% availability for all production devices.
